During the exchange program, when I first visited KMITL University in Thailand, I was truly touched by how kind and welcoming the people were. I mainly took courses related to food engineering, and I was impressed by how there were more hands-on lab sessions in Thailand compared to the theory-heavy classes in Korea. I also had the opportunity to visit Meiji, where I toured the facility and observed the selection process and manufacturing procedures of dairy products. It was great to see the concepts I had learned in food processing firsthand, making the experience even more valuable. This gave me a deeper understanding of the difference between theory and practical application
