Cooking Thai food, the process of fruit fermentation, processing various fruits and vegetables, and communicating with Thai students. What impressed me most was learning to cook pineapple fried rice and mango sticky rice. The teacher taught us step by step how to cook these two Thai dishes, so that we didn’t feel too much pressure in the learning process. We were also able to cook delicious dishes in the course and record them, and then cook them for our family when we return to Taiwan!1
