       I was surprised to learn that bacteria are used to make coconut jelly. And I realized that Thai food has a lot of sour food because of the hot weather. And the fruits had a high sugar content, making them the most delicious fruits I have ever tasted.
       Lastly, I was impressed by what I learned about Thai history.
