During this exchange program in Thailand, I learned a lot about the local food industry and cultural diversity. The combination of academic courses and hands-on activities helped me gain new insights into food processing, product development, and food safety. What impressed me the most was the opportunity to take specialized classes at KMITL, where I could study topics like functional food ingredients and innovative food technology. I also participated in various activities, including cooking classes, industry visits, and a kimchi lecture, where I had the chance to share Korean food culture. This program was a valuable opportunity to expand my global perspective and create unforgettable memories.
