I learned how to experiment with microbes, how to use experimental tools, sensory evaluation, etc. During the sensory evaluation class since we only studied about it in theory the moment we personally got inside and experienced the process it was very nice.
I had a lot of fun because it was mainly a practical class. While living in Thailand I realized how many markets and how the night life is making the city very bright and active. but I still think it’s a pity I haven’t enjoyed it enough.
I went to downtown Bangkok, bought a tour kit, and went on a tour. I went to department stores in Siam, Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, King Power Mahanakon, the royal palace, and several temples.
