I gave hands-on classes on meat processing and vegetable processing, and also conducted basic microbiological experiments. Unlike last year, the cooking class made Thai salad sauce. It was a great opportunity to learn about the milk process during the CP-meiji factory tour. Through the royal palace and culture tour, I was able to learn about Thai history and Buddhist culture. Through this edification student program, I made many friends and it was a great opportunity to review what I learned in Korea or learn something new.
